Launcher not in English

Quick question. My system locale is set to Japanese, and the NCSoft Launcher is showing up in Japanese. It's pissing me off seeing as how 'most' of the games I play are in Japanese and I'm not quite fluent enough to understand some of the stuff on the launcher. And yet, I can't find any way to change the launcher's language (I honestly would think there would be a way to change it without altering my locale, I know that it would default to my locale, though). Anybody by chance know how the hell to change the launcher's language?

Protip: The big grey button at the bottom that appears when you click on Aion launches the game.

Yeah, figured that much out lulz.
I finished my patcher a few days ago and went to relaunch it today, and it started attempting to re-dl. I had it launched a few days prior, like Aion itself, I was staring at the login screen, so I'm not sure exactly what happened. I know for a fact it already DLed the patch, and it says stuff in moonspeak before it goes on with the download. So I kinda just wanted to be able to read the right-click context menu for Aion on the side and the download confirmation messages. I'm already just torrenting the client at this point, but if I could figure out what stuff was saying I might be able to dodge having to re-dl it because I know the data files have to be somewhere and there's gotta be some way to fix whatever issue it's having. If I can't change the language then meh whatever, I'll just finish the torrent I guess. Not changing my locale for a launcher, heh.

Why not just change it to english until you're all set up and then change it back

I guess I could, it just requires like 3 or 4 restarts for me sometimes (On Win7 beta, only wierd issue I've personally found) before it actually registers the change. Just a bit of a pain.
