Sounds great for Dark World and maybe even a copy or 2 for Fabled.
3rd effect doesn't amount to much though. Especially not after your opponent realizes your running a DW or Fabled deck.

and a dark world structure deck... seems really odd considering the last DW card came out in STON. Maybe they'll throw in some Fabled.

and it's effect would actually be nice to use, assuming your opponent was stupid enough to activate a normal spell card when he's on the field.
