I dont see why anyone runs lightsworn. doesnt do much winning, especially when compared to the effort/money it takes to get the deck together. too much luck.
I love plants. lonefire blossom is so broken. they just need a decent draw engine to put them in tier 1.

Wait till Warrior's Strike comes out. Supervis/Arms Hole (now Hidden Armory) will break plants. I've already got the majority of the deck done. :<

And I wouldn't say that Lightsworns are bad; I mean after all over half got into the top 16 last SJC, but that milling effect can be a bitch sometimes. lol.

I'd love to get back into real life playing someday. I still have all the parts to my old dark necrofear deck. Maybe i can turn it into a dark attribute deck

Dark decks are all the rage right now. There are so many variants it's ridiculous; I don't know how long ago you quit but make sure to pick up two copies of Allure of Darkness if you're going to rebuild your deck.

I used to have a dark necrofear deck. it was fun. but then I replaced it with a Norleras deck. that one's so much funner. Tho it was nothing like demise...

Dark Necrofear was my first main deck for the longest time before the 1900's came out (La Jinn's then Opticlops until Archfiend Soldier and Slate Warrior). I tried to make it again after having been away a long time but was having some issues with speed.

Several Dark Necrofear decks as of late are running Giant Germ when it wasn't great during my competitive time so I still feel some stigma of using it.

as for your fiend deck;

The kind of deck you were running basically just disrupts your opponent. this does it better.
I'm not a fan of solemn now that you can only run 1

Wow, I've never heard of this Byond site either... Think I'll give it a try. Looks more automatic than yvd(I feel so lazy) but I dont like the interface as much xD

Solemn is still good, even at one. Just means you have to time it more carefully now.

@ Meian: two Allures to speed up your deck, and I'd -1 Swords and +1 Trap Dustshoot.

I always thought Skill Drain was just for side deck material? The deck looks interesting I'll give a go soon. Only tried Gorz once in a different deck guess I can see how he works now.

Trap Dustshoot is at 1 limited though. I'll try the two Allures even though I feel a bit odd removing Fiends outside of Dark Necrofear's effect heh

I do rather like my Solemn Judgment as an "oh shit" button since I don't have any Dark Bribes.

the good thing about skill drain is, aside from other skill drain decks, it hurts every deck.
and it works good with the deck, because aside from Caius and Snipe (and the effect of dark resonator), everything activates in the hand or grave, making it immune to SD

About Skill Drain: While it is side-deck material, it can also be a good main deck card. Blackwings, for example, can still function under Skill Drain, so can Stardust Dragon, Koa'ki Meiru Guardian etc.

I've gotten back in a couple of months ago. I haven't gone to any of my "locals" yet since they're 45 mins away, both ways. Just been fooling around with local kids and building decks for the hell of it. Pojo has been godsend for trading as there is absolutely nothing to get around here. Well, there's the local kid willing to give me a mint Dimensional Prison and a Super BW Shura for a Road Synchron if I'm able to find one. Hrhr.

I'm running a Zombie deck that's fairly flexible. I change it up every now and again to try different things. Also got a warrior solidarity toolbox for "fun". It's mainly an homage to the old days of play during the IOC era.
