Much needed bump!

Went to the Lenexa, KS and decided to run Oppression in Blackwings instead of going with my original build. Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig mistake. I got crushed, my first regional record was 2-5. ._.! Funny how I was wrecking everything as soon as I played Zombiewings for fun though. =/

Funniest moments were watching this kid with Morphtronics beat Caesar Gonzales, and some other guy was running Man Eater Bug. Also, Tom Walter got in the top 4 with some Plant build.

If anyone knows of the "Cloaked" duelist, he was there too. Can't wait for another regional. :D

If you want to save money always buy singles.
You can spend $60 on a full box and maybe get $60+ in cards, but more likely than not, you'll end up with $20 or less.

I was debating posting that list or not, wasn't that translated from scans of VJUMP? If so that's as pretty close to accurate as it's gonna get.

Monarchs aren't gonna have another format like they did in September 2007. Infernities will wreck this format come May when The Shining Darkness comes out and they get Infernity Gun.

We'll have to see how good the deck will actually be. It sounds great, but it could just as well be garbage.
Macro Monarchs would own the hell out of infernities. They'd probably slow down blackwings a bit as well. no Vayu or Blizzard. That just leaves glad beasts and lightsworns, who will already be hurting after this ban list. If this ban list is indeed true.
That being said, I wish I held onto all those infernity archfiends I had. got rid of them when they were $20, looks like their price is still climbing.
I hope we get Fiend Roar Deity cards soon. That's just a fun deck. I'd say Raven's probably the second best Tuner out there, just behind Gale. Definitely the best if he's in a dark world/FRD deck

warrior toolboxes were awesome back then. I always used to try and put marauding captain in every single deck.
I made a deck not too recently with marauding captains again.
Marauding captains, Hero kids and Plasma are just fun.
The look on my opponents face when I would summon M captain, followed by 3 Hero kids. Then drop plasma
and I actually OTK'd once with 3 hero kids, marauding captain, command Knight and A forces,

smae most fun and original decks are no longer competitive. Now everyone uses the same 4 decks.
