WTS: Nike Bauer Vapor XXXX Skates and PS2 Games

The skates are brand new, I used them once for about 30 minutes and found they weren't as stiff as I prefer my skates to be, even being brand new. I don't have pictures of my skates but this is what they look like, mine just have black laces:

Retail they sell for around $450 after tax, I'm looking for at least $400, but willing to go lower.

All games are used but in excellent condition. Only Brothers in Arms has the original box, the rest have generic boxes I took from work.
