This is being released for PSP, correct? It'll be my one reason to buy a PSP finally (that and the fact there was going to be a .hack// released for PSP as well, but I've yet to hear anything about that recently). Still need to pick up 358/2 to play it, been procrastinating. I love the KH stories though... no clue why.

358/2 is ok to spend time but its story is not really awesome imo & the gameplay is like super repetitive. I'm still playing it tho & i can't wait for BBS ! Q_Q

It may seem like an unlikely source for video game news, but pop singer Jesse McCartney's Twitter account has confirmed the localization of Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. Square Enix hasn't announced a US release for the PSP prequel, but considering the franchise's penchant for making money, it certainly was never in doubt.

Birth by Sleep would be McCartney's third foray into the Kingdom Hearts universe, having previously voiced Roxas in Kingdom Hearts II and 358/2 Days. Kingdom Hearts Union suggests that McCartney may be voicing Birth By Sleep's "new" character, Ventus (pictured, right) -- y'know, the one that looks exactly like Roxas (pictured, left).

Is there any sort of PSP emulators that work reliably? I don't really want to buy one for just one game. Or, any chance it may get released on the PSN to be playable on PS3?
