AV has been figured out a long time ago, why don't you think we haven't posted in 5 months.

You spam holy on PLD and WHM to lower meteor's damage (confirmed) and everyone in the entire alliance and ppl outside the ally watching him equip virtue stones (not the weapon just the stones) to decrease the amount at which he uses meteor (verification).

By 10% HP his -DMG taken is extrememly HIGH but angon and souleater will help and is almost mandatory in taking away his last 10% health. You need a DRG and DRK or /drk to win.

If you don't believe me look around on ffxiah and you will see brand new AV titles dated FEB 2010 (under the titles section with the date) from people who have never zerged him in the past and some of them wil be sporting rings they never had before to back it up.

At level 99 you won't need to lower his regen all the way, or lock most of his 2 hours, or even lock his meteor possibly. So it doesn't matter either way, no sense in lying. Now close this thread, it went through enough pages. Its been solved.

EDIT: And no, Morgan freeman does NOT pop afterwards.... confirmed.

That being said, Sash is still the winner, as well as Aureole. Bellona's and Minerva's are also fantastic, so the only one that you could really say is "outdated" is possibly the Futsuno Mitama but I'm not sure if that's the case. . (84 DMG STP+8 DEX+8 vs. 89 DMG?).

I think Futsuno is still a good GTK, it has the STP +8, 480 delay, and STR+8 that's active on WS. I'm no sam expert, but couldn't you get 5 hit with Futsuno?

If you go to playonline.com, and click the 'vanafest blog' page, you can personally watch the video (chat session #1) where, English subtitles included, the devs comment that AV will indeed become relatively weaker, that (paraphrased) "perhaps it'll be possible to kill w/ 6."

Some JP ls on sylph killed AV 3 months ago and have killed it 3-4 times not sure, they have been skilling chain magic bursting with 2 sam's using love halberds while blm's MB, they have 5 SC pt's that they constantly rotate. Unfortunately i play on dreamcast so i cant take pictures, but if u want proof just check ffxiah titles these guys just registered their names on ffxiah a week or 2 ago but dont worry the title is legit. Theory:

Equiping X Number of Jailor weapons (Justice Sword, Prudence Rod), along with Virtue Stones, by X Number of Players, from Z (where Z= an unknown percentage of hit points) Hit Points onward, and having X Proc. an unknown ammount (Variable A) will cause:
A) The Spell Meteor to be removed from the List of possible spells
B) Reduce the Dmg from Meteor to a manageable level.
C) Lock Bracelet mode from ever occuring.

I Probably shouldn't even be bothering to share this speculation until I have some time to test it, but I remain idiotically sublime that another group of players might have locked regen, and locked 2-hrs and are sitting on 8 pop sets, waiting for some new idea to fuck around with.

Now they showed 4 different parts of the fight. They also showed step 1,2,3 in the video. Step 4 is in the video but nobody can figure out what it is. The only thing I notice is before each person WS the SATA.. AV can be defeated today it's just most linkshells that can kill it already got the drops from zergs and have no motivation to kill it.
