Yeah. Well, except for the fact that there's no proof whatsoever besides anecdotal evidence at this point. People need to stop pre-emptively creaming themselves.

The test has been done.
In spite of all our efforts on emoting, AV showed no "readies" this time. Zero. None.
The difference from the last 2 tests was that we took off the sea torques and weapons as we puresumed them to be meaningless.
Probably my entire theory itself could be meaningless, too, though.
We have one more JoL trigger and will test again next Sunday with the torques or anything which will come up to my mind.

I'm terribly sorry for bothering you guys here.
I don't know any other way but starting with a stupid theory and testing it in search of locking meteor.
I have rarely seen "readies" in our many fights, so the last 2 tests which showed 9 "readies" in a row made me build a seemingly confident theory.
I apologize. I should kill myself.

Anyway, it's too bad that this didn't work out. The last time you said you started with just cheer but then spammed all various sorts of emotes. I'm assuming you tried that this time, too? And how many 2Hs did he go through (and which if you remember) during this time?

Finally, I'm guessing you can't or you would have said it, but can you think of anything else peculiar that may have triggered readying the last time?

Sorry, not trying to sound like a jerk, but the Dev team said, the clue is in the video, so can it really be gear that we can't see? I think for this, they might have taken the smallest, most unnoticeable action, or something as of placement of jobs. I think they are all sitting back and laughing though.

I think it's pretty safe to say that the emote stuff was a massive red herring brought into existence by the community's desperation to hold onto any small sliver of hope that AV will ever be figured out.

I just rewatched the video, I mean if we want to go into small detail, it appears everyone is wearing either a piece of AF or AF2. That and the fact everyone is facing the same way when he/she, can only hope AV isn't a woman, is facing the same way.

I don't think the emote was a bad theory though, if that video is all the Devs gave us, there is something small and common we are all missing. SE has this as their last stronghold, they don't want us to find the crack in the wall

I question the extent to which the video is relevant at this point. Yes, it is good for picking out ideas for locking 2hrs without programs, and that would lead to more AV attempts, but there's still one lingering problem. Have the mechanics of AV changed significantly since that video's release? AV has gone through at least two "fixes" since then, and one of them was a major change. Whether everything from that video is replicable is questionable. Just an idea for people to think about.

That's right. Only I cheered him right after he popped from outside of the main alliance.
His first 2hr was instant CW, no readies.
I cheered him twice from outside.
His second 2hr was instant Familiar.
I joined the alliance and cheered twice again.
His third 2hr was instant BW.
And then I allowed everyone to do any number of any emotion.
But like I said, the test on Saturday couldn't have even one readies after all.
From watching our video, it went like

CW, Familiar, BW, CW, MS, PD, CW, Familiar, PD, CW, HF, PD, Invincible, CW, SV,
Mijin, CW, SV, Mijin, BW, SV, Manafont, BW, CW, and CS.

Actually, because of my request, we had one more test again today with 16 ppl,
which was originally planned next week.
Our camera guy is still on uploading, so I haven't checked the video, yet.
But as I remember, we could have 2 readies today.
Invincible and CW. All others including the other CWs were instant.
As the result, I must say I better stay away from emotes.
But I still want to work on the readies stuff.
Untill I lock all the readied 2hrs myself, I won't be thinking of any other theory in search of locking meteor, at least.

Although AV is the only existence which readies 2hrs among all the PCs, NPCs and mobs,
readies could be an only small glitch in AV's AI, like VS said.
But I'm still going with it a little more.
