I'm still on the edge about buying this but I'll buy it because I have no map packs on halo 3 but the first one that came out, legendary pack?. Coop is one reason why I want to play this and firefight.

I rarely agree with that kind of comment in review, but shit, I can't help it here. I never had as much fun with vehicule in other game as I did in Halo.

Anyone else having terrible lag problems? Three buddies and myself were all doing firefight together tonight and while it started off okay with only very very few instances of lag, it soon became nothing more than a fucking lag fest from hell. There were times we weren't sure if the connection had completely died or if it was just lagging. I considered it being one of our connections, but like I said the first match was fine and it slowly was deteriorating. XBL party chat wasn't ever cutting in and out or doing that echo effect it has when someone connection is spotty either.

Firefight is fun as fuck when you get four people going, but I hope this lag thing isn't persistent >_<

So... any tips on killing hunters? Theres two of them and I can't even kill one. I'm in the very beginning of the game as Buck. A sticky, two napalms, two shotgun clips, and 30 pistol rounds to the head does not kill this thing. What the fuck lol

Are you sneaking around them and shotgunning their back? I know it seems obvious but I put those 2 down pretty quick by dodging them and emptying a shell about an inch away from their back.

I'm trying to be sneaky, I get close, but they notice me and I go flying. I'll keep trying the shotgun to the back tactic though. I'm liking how this halo involves a lot more sneaking around and strategy than the others in the series :D.

You'd be surprised how poorly written the Hunters are. If you get used to their routine, you can strafe every hit and unload a couple of shells in their back. Then all you have to do is rinse and repeat till they both go down.

I would replace poorly with "conveniently". If the programmer wanted to kill you, they could.

Last night we ended up having a lot of confusion because I was E347, my boss was E357, his friend was V899 and my friend was V657. We could hardly communicate with each other other than saying watch out because we couldn't identify each other <_<

I agree, while its not the longest game it is extremely fun on legendary. To me it takes all the good fire fights of all the other halo games into one. "The 60 seconds of fun they say"

Go into a lobby. Hit the Start Button on your controller. Then tab right and there should be a "Customize Option" (Cant think of the name atm). That lets you change your char model, name (E347,etc), Emblem color/icon, etc. Hope that helps.
