Product Key

So, I've had my computer for 4 years and never registered the Microsoft Office or whatever it came with.

It's asking for a User Name, Initials, Organization, and Product Key with 5 boxes.

I'm typing the Product Key sticker that is on the side of my computer at the lower right hand corner and it says invalid. It is the 25 digit number that is split into 5 groups, right?

Am I doing it wrong?

I just now used "Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder" and the key it gave me did not work either.

Does the sticker indicate that the key is for Microsoft Office or Microsoft Windows

Windows and Office use different registration codes. The sticker on your computer is your Windows code. Unless you bought Office, you only got a demo version which is now expired, and it wants a code to be turned into a full version. If you did buy Office, the code is inside the box for it.
