How terrible is Hunter Krye? I am actually a tiny bit interested in WoW at the moment, I played Hunter on the 10 day trial once, it was fun but it seemed weak.

endgame hunter is a little weird.

You're pretty much forced to go Survival which drives me fucking nuts (your dmg is better when you stand still, but most raid bosses aren't going to allow you to do so).

Surv tiers weird too. If you are undergeared/normal geared for an instance you will probably do less dmg than the under geared/normal geared players. Once you get overgeared though you will pretty much out dmg all the over geared players. (except mages, fuck them in the ass).


It's a lot of fun though, and awesome for pvp (well we'll see after today since they're nerfing our OP mode).

Back in the day though surv was the way to go, bm was just for soloing shit, and MM was for raids. Then they started fucking with everything.

Also MM is better for pvp in 5s, but I only do 2s and 3s

the issue isn't the dmg for me, its how much more dmg surv does than MM. the arp nerf increases that gap
