Mage armor is fucking bullshit. I have enough spell pen to completely negatae shadow protection and mage armor separately, but no fucking mage is ever rolling without a priest so unless I want to waste half my mana trying to dispel shadow prot I have to get resisted like 30% of the time

Deep prot talent Judgements of the Just reduces CD by another 20 seconds.

It's scheduled to be nerfed to only a 10 second reduction next patch.

I think DR would be 3 seconds, and then 1 second if you used it again. But all DR clears after 15 seconds, and if you don't want to hit DR you can just turn around and stun somebody else.
