So last summer we went to Costa Rica, me, my bro and sister and cousin. Yeah it must have been the change in weather/stress of being in another country, but my cousin got a pimple like that on our trip. It was next to the side of her mouth though.

She was given antibiotics that didn't help, and eventually went to the hospital rather than the clinic. The nurse there ended up popping it very similarly to that guys and my sister got to watch it live.
