Too much trouble. If they were talking about 5 players content, it's the equivalent of ~30g per person. That kind of amount takes 5 min to farm on your own.
Like you said, the best way would be to split the money afterward, but it's too much trouble for the amount involved.

And yes, this is a WoW loot issue. I had a friend swear up and down to me that changing the loot threshold to Rare, instead of Uncommon, would reduce their chances of getting a green item.

Ask him two questions:
- Are we getting less green as a team?
- If your chance is lowered, who in the group get the increased chance?

I dont understand where he see an issue here. If every players are lotting under the same methods, why someone else get a better chance at loot than him?
