SO THERE.
Not a waste of an episode but it kind of felt like a waste of an hour.
There were a lot of little cool moments but it got bogged down too much by all the same old destiny crap.
We've seen this shit before. It may have been better if more time had gone by before the last time travel episode.

And also i think is against the rules of GOD to mess with time travel, and anna was not acting on the accord of god.
Michael also made it very clear he believed everything is planned and destined to be no matter what decisions you think you make or what free will you think you have. God planned for this to happen, the way it's happening from the begining, for him to interfere and stop Lucifer's vessel from ever being would be against everything he believes in.
Also I can't look at the dude who plays young John without seeing Tom Welling and thinking of Smallville.
