Windows Firewall popup on XI?

I've been playing XI on my laptop since I got it, which is over a year now. Never saw this popup before, didn't think about it until I had allready hit "allow". It said something to the effect of "Windows Firewall is blocking some parts of FINAL FANTASY XI."

All other relevant info..
Windows Vista (hiss)
Avast! Antivirus
Firefox + Adblock Plus + Noscript (with iframe blocked)
Using Windower (for chatmon)
FFXI sites visited: Wiki, AH, BG, Windower site.
FFXI account on a security token and use software keyboard for password entry.

LSmate said they got a virus warning on Atlas, but I stopped using atlas when the first hacking came around.

Classic sign of RMT trying to hijack my account or just paranoia setting in?

Start - Control Panel - Windows Firewall - Allow a program through Windows Firewall

Exceptions tab

List everything that is checked. It is normal to have an entry called "Playonline Viewer" checked, but if you have another one called FFXI or Final Fantasy XI you should be suspicious - I don't have that on my machine.

There is no Play Online or FFXI entry on that list at all, checked or unchecked. I'm hoping I'm being paranoid...

Turn your firewall on. Give it some time and see if something turns it off again. If so, you may have a problem.

May I suggest performing a full scan with Malwarebytes? Malwarebytes.org
Be sure to go to the updates tab first before you scan.
