i really just want to go for max embarrassment and annoyance, because really dumping some trash in my yard, throwing banana peels over my fence, leaving their dogs outside to bark for hours, letting their dogs dig under my fence and pee in my yard, and generally being annoying dipshits is really stuff i can't call the cops on them for doing. even if i could call about the barking/peeing dogs, they punish the dogs more than the people by taking them away and then potentially killing them i think if they end up in the pound and that's just sad. i can't prove it's their banana peels or garbage. the only thing i can do is get them slapped on the wrist for UNCE UNCE UNCE, and that's just not enough. i want these motherfuckers to suffer. they've been making me miserable since they moved in.

If you live on base, there's got a be a regulation written that specifically forbids turning your house into a dump. Report them to the base commander. It should be punishable under the United States Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
