I thought that he had the surgery to make his eyes look more western, rather than to change the colour of his skin. I'll have a look when I get home.

Yeah my ex gf who's korean had it done, just makes the eyes looks bigger. All they do is cut out a little bit of skin to put in the little folds in the eyelids us whiteys have. Tbh whatever make's them happy I guess.
