Scrubs Season 9

Def felt weird at first but I got used to it. Lucy totally felt like a combination of early season J.D. and Elliot combined into one entity. I guess that's the writers way of having a remnant of those characters around when they are both gone for good after 4 more episodes.

Dr. Cox and Turk are going to really carry the show... really have to wait to see how Turk does without J.D. around. Denise really picked up where she left off but I would really like to see her stay a cold hearted island and not open up. That's what made her character great. Also, I miss squeeky voice intern. She would've been hilarious especially since she and Denise made out last season.

Really wish this was called something else. It wasn't really as bad as I thought it would be, but the only funny moments were from the old cast, and I worry about this show when they are gone in a few episodes.

Remember the original maker of Scrubs did want to redo the name, however ABC wanted to use it as a way to publicise the show. People were all going into this thinking it was going to suck, I know I did. Honestly though I thought they did okay, I am interested in the new students aside from the rich punk, he was fucking annoying all the way through.

Angry that they changed things, angry that they kept things the same - people are determined to complain if they're so inclined. The humour is still season 8 good and the new characters aren't bad at all. I look forward to douche intern getting owned (set up for a huge pay off, go) and Jo and redo intern hooking up.

The real test comes after JD and the original cast leaves or get more sporadic in appearance.

This is the only thing that makes me not throw something at the TV when he talks. He's going to do something monumentally stupid or just try it on the wrong person(Dr. Professor Cox) and..yeah. Ownage ensues.

I don't see this panning out, but all good things must come to an end and the actors have other things besides Scrubs in their life (for example, Sarah Chalke was in her mid-30's and had just gotten married IRL and wanted to a start a family ASAP while she still could - she is infact, now preggers IRL).

Heh didn't realise it had started already. Just done watching the first episode, can honestly say I enjoyed it. The new characters are alright (The Australian woman is hot too), can see myself watching even after they gradually erode out JD and the others. Obviously gonna miss Kelso (loved the clips he was in this episode) and the Janitor being around all the time, and also thought it was funny and lame (explanation wise) at the same time how they showed the Janitor's departure but I'll get over it.

Yeah totally agree, I had said a few months earlier that I was going to give it a chance and go into it with an open mind. If the rest of the episodes are on par with the first, then I'll keep watching.
