Breath Build or EoM Build for BLU?

For any spell don't discount AF body for the +15macc if needed.

As for breath/EoM/Regurge It's knowing what you do most.

Breaths are good when you have the HP (ie not taking dmg) or when you need an ice nuke (love Frost Breath for Turtles).

EoM is definitely a Appolyon spell, though it can be decent in other areas.

Regurge any other time you need a nuke.

What is the difference in casting Regurgitation from the front/side versus behind the target? Are we talking a huge difference?

I didnt know there was a dmg boost when casting regurg depending on direction? how does this work will be good to know thanks.

I've used EoM on Tinnin and the KS99 Wyrm, and was pretty satisfied with the results.

Regurgitation gets an increase to the Multiplier from behind.

Edit: Doh i failed and missed the post which said it gets bonus dmg from behind but still good to know it helps the spell.

Regurgitation has a dINT check, so INT is about 3x more powerful than MND.

So is Heat Breath better or on par with Regurgitation vs. Omega and Ultima? At the moment I only do Salvage and Limbus for end game, and our Salvage shell has too many people to worry about unlocking BLU, so I use BLU in Limbus as my only other 75 is SAM, and SAM is not really a great job for Omega/Ultima.

I didn't mean it's useless, more that using mages vs melee in limbus is a lot better.

Had a BLU/RDM give this a shot last night on Ultima, didn't seem to do that well actually; she was only landing 150ish most times. Admittedly her set's not awesome, since she just picked the pieces up last night for a test and was a bit short on gil, but I thought it should've done a bit more then it did.

Golliard feet are another good, easy to get option for regurg build w/ 1 more int than morrigan's, 2 Macc and 4 mnd (6 less than morrigan's)

Denali are a nice alternative, though.

I don't expect you to know them all, but you also would factor on her spells set. Was she using it from behind? Also, I don't know all the technical math, but on Ultima I would rather use AF Body for Blue Magic Skill in place of Errant.

I haven't had a chance to test it out on any jailers or that sort of thing but I took it into campaign.
Using memento mori, BA, convergence, and from behind the most I could do was 631
using only BA and memento mori netted me around 500ish
w/o anything just regurgitation I saw around 400s consistently

I'm curious about that to. I don't mess with BLU much anymore due to how big of an inventory whore it is so I have been curious about this.

Probably, I just do the standard hack/slash bit on BLU in campaign.

Keep in mind that Regurgitation doesn't necessarily pull high numbers per spell; rather, it's relatively efficient.
