Not to completely discredit the 'hoax' angle but isn't it customary at awards shows to show footage of the losers politely clapping for the winner after an announcement? Not too unheard of that cameras would still be trained on Beyonce.

As a side-note, I'd really like to know how dancing around a white room in black spandex is even worthy of nomination.

Especially since a big part of the choreography was stolen from a 40 year old dance piece(I date a dancer who clued me in to this. She, among others in the dance world, were pissed when this story broke).
