Alyssah came to Bismarck a little under 2 weeks ago expecting to join my own linkshell: Stars. Stars-ls.forumotion.com/forum.htm

I asked her a few simple questions about playing jobs and expected roles and how we do things as a group, she was welcomed by everyone and maybe logged into the shell twice in total then vanished to join another end-game linkshell a few days after.

Simply put: another wagon jumper with very little commitment and initiative.

Sorry to ask this but if she didn't take anything or steal anything then whats the point in posting a Player warning?

I understand she made you think she was going to stay in the ls but still no real reason to post a player warning imo.

Just giving the word its not a serious offence but others may be more intrugued by others to "watch out dodgey looking".

Linkshell hoppers aren't exactly desirable members. The whole point of a linkshell is to improve everyones gear, and thereby, the performance of the whole shell.

This can't happen if the gear obtained keeps walking out of the door.

A potential LS leader can read the thread and make a decision.

No real point in making a warning thread tbh. not like she got they got what they wanted and left. maybe they just felt that your linkshell wasn't right for them?

Or maybe said person came to this shell and saw what a mistake it was for variuos reasons, not saying bad, but maybe they just didn't fit in. You said they gave no warning, maybe they didn't want to cause any trouble or drama which clearly you do. Posting a warning for someone that transfered the character on thier own then didn't end up staying? sounds a little butthurt and im sure a lot of people will get the warning you intended but it's not about the player lol.

Two weeks is a trial period.. for the LS and for the applicant. Player didn't jive with your LS. Not worth a thread.
