My first Cerb was one night when I was just farting around burning a couple campaign op tags and about to sleep, got told "Come help us kill Cerb before Arc solo's it, his epeen is big enough as is, we don't need to hear him bragging about this shit forever", was like 7 people (a couple dualboxed) out there at first, I walked up to the rather epic looking aegis vs doggy battle (with the aegis winning >.>), and we laughed at Cerb while he bitched and moaned and died.

Back in January/February we picked up 4 (5?) Cerbs in a row after X/Y/Z ls wiped (sometimes twice). There were a few random Ixion wipes in there too. Was humorous for a few weeks to keep a count of how many nm claims we got just by cleaning up after other ls.

Drop rate on NQ Euvhi organs is awful. The HQ ones drop at a much greater rate.

If you need HQ organs, you'll end up with NQ. If you want NQ, you'll end up with HQ. Every time I'm tried to farm them, that's how my distribution came out.
