An average dynamis run is producing upwards of 3mil in currency in addition to the relic armor. Fronting 500k cannot be considered much in this day and age, so your effort is producing (1 / X) * (Y - 500k) where X is the number of people and Y is the amount of currency generated that run. You have it backwards, one person paying for glass and keeping all currency is far more unfair than an even split.. the only reason sponsored relics work in larger shells is because relics are looked at as a gear handout(and those shells can manage to crank out more for dedicated members as time passes.. a single sponsor in a dyna only shell is an asshole tanking advantage of a few idiots).

Aye, fronting 500k and making 3m isn't nearly fair enough to the rest of the members in the shell. Personally, I run a shell sponsered dyna shell and hand out payouts on a monthly basis based on how much we make in a month. For an 18 man shell running once a week it works out fine~

back when I helped run a dynamis LS, we'd pull in 4-5mil a run and split it between the sacks and leave 500k over to buy a new glass, shit was so simple it was stupid, we ended it breaking up because the leader was a total dick and started hording it all to himself.

I know of only one linkshell that does payouts, and its in Pandemonium. Honestly I think more Dyna shells should give payouts.

Christmas bonus bank split coming up! Sometimes we just take an excess 10M and split it between whoever is at the run. Usually have around 30 people in attendance, so 333k ain't bad. We also offer 100k/1 point Usually once every couple months. We cap it at 5 points so that people can't just cash out completely when they get everything they want and quit.

I doubt all sacks had equal responsibility nor did all extert their responsibility over normal members every time. If payouts arent equal among all members (given attendance) then that system is unfair.
