I had that in reverse a few months ago. I found an Electronics Boutique (basically Gamestop's name in Canada) employee who was that DD. I kid you not he gave me the "DRG doesn't need accuracy gear" nonsense. The only high point to the conversation was that he wasn't on my server.

Being in on that run, I'm sorely tempted to sig it. But it's hard to compare with killshot+record break on ACP11, and I don't really have room for both. Or, well, I could always edit out the silly party/ls chat but that's effort.

I consider this element the true fail.

Edit: Eh, wasn't that much effort after all. Took a minute or two in MS Paint, including uploading files/changing sig in CP.

I had similar record for 6-4 few weeks at 44:52 though not sure if impressive or more fail due to our ninja accidentally being /blm and none of even realizing it until we died to omega at 8%[he was dualboxing our brd so when had assumed hate issues was from having to manage both characters], and we still managed to kill ultima.

The 44:59 run was pretty epic at the end there. We wiped to Ultima with about 7 minutes left to go, reraised, rested as long as feasible, and attempted to zerg it as fast as possible. Half the party died with Ultima at 1% before the RDM nuked him into the ground.

I failed pretty hard forgetting that I had an Icarus Wing ready to go (heat of the moment, memory slipped). That would've ended the fight with more time to spare, but we'd also have missed on a last-second win.
