Everyone uses consumables to grind faster.

The earlier you get into your head that this game REVOLVES around consumables, the better off you'll be.

stop being a bad sin, once you get 25 sin is by far the fastest solo exp grinder, there is good reason the first people to lv45 and then to lv50 were all sins on both korean and china.

as a ranger myself, without elite soloing, we're terribly slow grinders. the reason I'm 39 already is cause I trio with a sin and chanter for hours a day.

It has nothing to do with being a "bad sin". It's a common fact. Lvl 25 gives you 2 stuns, that's it. It's not some magical level that makes us godly. You can either sit around and wait for Ambush cooldown to finish on each mob you pull, wasting time or go in, pop FE and go from there, then use ambush on the next mob. Either way, you can't stunlock a mob from 100% to 0 in this game. Sometimes your stuns just wont land, this happens a lot even with 3 runes up. Each time a mob your lvl hits you at 25, you're taking about 150-300dmg a shot depending. A lot of them around that lvl have weaken defense too, which you have to save FE for or you're going to get nailed.

The game heavily favors magic users until end game when I hear melee are able to advance further, like most MMO's.

This is true, atleast for grinding. It seems sorcs and SMs have an easy time grinding and while I know they have to spam the fuck out of mana pots, they really can power through mobs with ease and never get hit. I have to keep up both my MP and HP as a chanter And I don't do anywhere near as much damage as a lot of classes.

Got mine in 1/2 a level. It's not hard at all and an incentive to grind on easy to kill mobs.

Worse than 1%, I know people in guild who grinded 24-30 there and never got it, hundreds, maybe thousands of spirits killed.

Yea, at 26 I had almost 300 crit stacked during CB, lol. Along with the best gear I could buy. Like you said, stop being cheap. Not hard to make money in this game fortunately. All I did to make cash was grind mobs, could make an easy 100kQ/hr while managing 800kexp/hr.

This is just cash from grey drops btw, not counting how much you could make from Stigma drops, think I got like 8 stigmas after about 3 hours of grind.

Ditto. Closest I've come to 100k/hr from vendor trash was fighting shit 5 levels beneath me just to get my DP spam quest done, but that naturally led to less EXP in the same hour. Think there's only one slot in my gear I hadn't put a crit stone, and I haven't bothered since I know upgrades are pending if I can either find stuff or see it for reasonable prices on the AH.

And that's part of it, too. Prices aren't quite reasonable right now with the game being mid-level heavy. A lot of mid-level stigma prices are also dropping like rocks, too. So what may've been good money a week or so ago is now chump change.

So I got kicked from a Fire Temple group just before Kromede because I 'afk'd' for 2 fights. God forbid I have to do something in real life like going to take a piss, shit, grab a drink, send an IM, answer the phone or anything like that.

I have to say the player base is utter bullfuck at the moment. I hate witnessing clerics and chanters run straight by dead players without a care in the world. Forcing me to buy up to 30 res stones at a time to do their job for them. It's common courtesy to not be a dick.

First of all a chanter is an elite DPSer at level 25-30.. Dispite what you say i am talking about UP-TO-DATE stuff.. NO one knows that its like to be level 40 yet or to be level 50, this game just came out.. For people who played the Asian version with a English pack that is just sad, i have no respect for people who go ahead of the game and try to prove something because they know what to do already. I condsider that cheating..

Just wait for the rest of us and learn together as a group.. I am not even sure most people will keep playing till level 50.. Some people in BG like Noobta who have no life and play for 12-15 hours a day, that is not acceptable at all, and most guilds frown upon people who waste their lives in front of a computer.. That is just wrong..

Other guilds do not know what is going on and offten make mistakes and its a part of the game because nothing is set in stone.. No one knows yet what chanters will be like at 40-50 or what is going to happen its so new still..
