    There's been an Asmo that runs around Heiron that mainly focuses on bots, but once she tried going after me perhaps in part because I was a gladiator and we all know they're bots. Anyway, I fought a little, but ultimately wasn't prepared so I ran back to a safe spot. Fast forward a few days and this same person starts picking on some of the people in their low 30s in my legion. They died, but I finished what I was doing near Storm Circle and started looking for this person again. Took maybe 15 minutes, but it eventually became a 15 minute fight running around the zone with the both of us using 30% run scrolls and having speed boots. My legion-mates would try to help, but they couldn't really keep up with us. This was one of those situations where I really wish I had Ankle Snare, but eventually the fight ended after I tricked her into some friendly NPCs. The times where we'd stop and scuffle I'd get her to maybe 1/3 HP before she'd bolt, and unless she got lucky on KDs and CC, I'd be about 1/2.

    Honestly would've let her go if she stuck to bots, but a mix of revenge and her getting greedy on lowbies is pretty much what prompted me to chase her.

    Any other servers experience a sudden hyperinflation on expert fluxes? 5 days ago on Zikel, level 33 expert armor fluxes were steady at 300-350k, now they are selling for 700k+, and all the other expert fluxes have seen a similar trend. End products don't seem to be going very much though.

    its going to happen on all servers eventually, as more people get expert crafts, the demand for stones will increase leading to price increases across the board. Adding to that there are fewer players in the level range to farm mobs and get those world drops, less supply + more demand = prices skyrocketing.

    Sometimes my server surprises me. I was in the area around Fire Temple farming the pages for "The Shadow Commands" and this random group offered to help me till I got all 3 pages. Afterwards, I headed to Eltnen Observatory to kill Hippolytus and chanter cured me a bit when I started getting low on HP and was able to get the win for the quest.

    Tack on most of the expert crafters having bought kineh resulting in even more inflation of price. Oh joy, how I love NCsoft games...

    Yep everyone who has expert MUST have bought gil... you act like money is hard to come by in this game.

    They said most, not everyone. I agree on that money is easy to make in this game. But, I still ponder how some at lvl 30-40's has 4+ pieces of gold gears, etc, etc etc...
    Also the fact, if there was no market for kenah buying, you wouldn't have the force of rmt in this game as you do now. Eventually and hopefully NCSoft will get to a level like WoW of FFXI STF has, but I don't see that happening for a few months.

    I've had at least 3 pieces of gold gear since i hit ~35, and never bought gil; I just sat down and grinded like fucking mad. Since I hit 45, I've made well over 25 mil just off of Premium/Expert Fluxes; as well as having gotten 2+ gold world drops. Yes, there is a luck factor involved, but even discounting that there is still money to be made, its very possible if you have the patience.

    I grinded and sold w/e I got if I can't wear it. By the time I was level 20 on my Sorc I had roughly 1.5m. Grinding/questing on my Chanter which is now level 17 I have 250k. Money in this game is so easy to make. A lot easier then getting money from FFXI.

    I've never discredit the fact that luck is possible. Just a pondering thought for the masses. No way though, that many people by random examine in cities could all be as lucky as you have been.

    Let me rephrase cause I don't want to go down the route with you or someone else post to retaliate 'You claim everyone with better gear than you buys kenah.' The shear number of people just by random examining, no way that majority could be legit. That is all. I put in my efforts, and got aether to 399, and tailoring to 399, and working on gathering to minimize as much cost from buying from broker.

    The RMT are great for me. They gather up herbs and put up 500 of each type at a time onto the broker at dirt cheap prices. Moar moniez for me at the end of the day.

    They're good at some things. IE clearing the mobs around the ruins in Herion so I can get a tablet off a wall. >.>;

    I'm pretty happy with my money intake so far as much as I have put into it, which is not a lot. Been having npc's tank my mobs so I haven't gotten any money 34-38 and i'm at 3.5M-ish just from random crafting and balaur stuffs when I go out and farm them which is pretty rarely. Its not incredibly hard.

    Learning how not to die also saves you a crapton of money over time. I don't think I really mastered this until 30ish. Mostly because I am watching Stargate while playing...

    It's so easy to lose money in this game just as easy it is to make it, in FFXI I hardly found myself spending much more than a cheap chocobo fee and food. This game you have to keep a healthy amount of pots+scrolls+food ontop of teleport/flight fees and majority going to the soulhealer. 2 more levels and I'm gonna stop seeing her
