I've been reading around their site and they say they're still in beta, so I guess that answers the website loading, so emails, or no emails at all. Guess I'll join the PM boat for invites...

Nope, no taxes or shipping. It looks like they just got it from Sony and sent it directly over to me after putting the Lockerz tape and sticker on it. Normally it comes with a "congrats and thanks for using lockerz" something or other, but this one didn't.

The next restock is in October, also, for everyone asking. When they do restocks, it's once every three hours, usually two to four times on that day so you get a better chance at actually getting something.

Not really... there's no # of accounts per IP restriction, but they've been pretty smart about removing illegitimately obtained PTZ. They do IP ban for abuse, though, so I'd say make one two extra accounts per IP if you want to.

Back when it first started, I used the gmail dot trick and a bot to get myself about 5,000 PTZ, but they were all taken away

So, i dunno, lets say I start making some live.com or hotmail.com e-mails and send them invites. Then I make accounts for those from my iPhone's 3G, w/ different ip addresses every time. Think this will work?
