ep was ok, nothing too great, nothing too dull. They got another 23 episodes to make me roll on the floor though, can't wait.

I thought it was awesome between the opening song, the British TV jokes and the vice-dean. When I heard Abed say he was on episode 6 of British Cougar town, I kind of got the feeling that that was the end of the series. I think what I liked especially was the fact that they basically were bashing the Office, as the opener to the Office.

The actual group story was too heavy for a season premier I guess though.

Yeah my girlfriend was saying she thought it was too serious, but I guess it kinda had to be with how season 2 ended and all. Episode 2 will probably be awesome and involve some cop-chang nonsense, or biology crap.

season 2's starting episode was kind of meh as well. I like that they do though get all the group bullshit from last year over with in one episode rather then dragging it out over 3 or 4.

So relieved to see this back on. Happiness has returned. And something to do with my husband on Thursday evenings.

I thought the opening Glee sequence was their attempt to lighten the rest of the show.

In the middle of a space odyssey scene using "the table" no less, that was definitely one of the better parts of the ep lol.

just finished watching the whole season 1 dvd set with commentaries on. So, I have watched this show, Fam Guy S1-5 and Arrested Development(3x) with commentaries on. NBC and ABC have the best sitcoms lately, but this is the only currently-running show that I plan to keep buying on DVD and watch with commentaries on.

It's pretty awesome for the most part. I've rewatched Season 1 and 2 and then did commentary for both and they were worth it.

It's basically Dan Harmon, some writers and the cast talking about the episode and the behind the scenes.
