Is your Dad from Mississippi?
Mine played football in Canada, in the USFL (Houston Gamblers, which is why I obviously know about the city so much) and a brief stint in the NFL back in the day and coached a Semi pro team here in Charlotte back when I was in high school and my Freshman year in college at USC.
Everyone knows my story regarding my parents but yeah, you know the story doesn't end well.
My father works for the MTA in NYC, he drives the bus depending on days or he's an Union official someshit.
2nd joy is Party promoter, It's very good too, been in business for about 15+ years, he also is one of the founders of it
He works at a car dealership as a service associate. If your car breaks down and you take it into the dealership to get fixed, he's the guy you talk to to write your order up and shit. He's pretty cool, has bouts of anger/depression but I've learned never to take him seriously and he does the same for me. We have an odd relationship but overall it's good.
My dad is the most chill guy in existence. Nothing makes him mad and he's always happy about everything. And he's not afraid to reality check anyone and bring them down to earth so fast their head will spin.
Other than that though, my dad is pretty much an odd job guy. Over the years he's worked as:
A Bug Exterminator
The guy who puts the bubble gum in Baseball cards for Fleer
A Hair Stylist (and for a little while a Hair Stylist for Models in Magazines)
A UPS Worker...until he got annoyed with their company policies and became
A FedEx worker...which is where he currently is today
And those are just a few of the things he's told me about. . .
In his spare time he likes to watch movies, read up on politics, and collects artwork, comic books and animation cels.
Ladies, he's single.
My dad was a plumber & mechanic until he had broken his neck. He was paralyzed for several years til a surgery had actually "fixed" him and he gained full mobility back. He had gone to school and currently designs and engineers parts for nuclear power plants around the country.
Love da kids
Yea, it was pretty cool when he got it back... What happened was pretty interesting. He had really back neck pains so he went to a chiropractor who pushed a disk in his neck and completely blocked the spinal fluid or some shit. It was a really slow decent into paralysis. The day after he had gone to the chiropractor he lost control of his arm, then his face, and eventually everything on the left side of his body was entirely paralyzed. They had done about 10 surgery's on him which released the pressure on his spine and he regained control of his body. He still says his neck hurts really badly but it was a pretty amazing thing to watch..
Passed away due to lung cancer a little over three years ago. Before that he was a corporate accountant for Alcoa for over thirty years.
Served in the Air Force, and is now a Carpenter. He made a bunch of bars and shit in Madison, WI, and is now on disability
Step dad is an illegal mexican that works on a farm for 12-14 hours a day. He's getting deported soon
I would think that's the easiest way not to get deported when La Migra says you've gotta go.
Married now to my mom, but no children. Since they know he's been here illegally for several years and using different aliases, he's being sent to Mexico for X amount of years. I couldn't tell you when he'd be back!
I should sic Lou Dobbs on his ass. You live in TX too nigga?
