Heroes - Season 4

This season is turning out to be pretty good its actually leaves me wanting more like the first season.

Oh right, and they're seriously fucking up this show again.

Furthermore, Noah definitely knew what Sylar looked like... he and Elle were the ones that made him into a killer...

The chick with Noah is new.

Why didn't carny guy just have present-day Sylar absorb old dude's time traveling (aside from the fact that it would have completely broken the show)? Why didn't Hiro take Charlie to present-day Peter who had just acquired healing power? Why doesn't he go there himself to reset his time traveling quota? I'm pretty sure Peter told him that it was where he was going. Why didn't Hiro feed Sylar a better story? All that story is going to do is piss him off.

Whatever they're paying these writers, it's too much.

as for the parts in bold:
1. Sylar doesn't know he can steal powers
2. Hiro doesn't know Peter has healing powers (he never specifically mentioned where he was going)
3. Hiro can't fully control his time travel ability (till the end of the episode at least) Hence why he keeps randomly jumping

as for the story... i guess he tried to make sylar go all emo, hoping he would stop killing, but failed? idk Sylar does seem like the person who hears what he wants, mainly the "You become the most powerful" rather than "You die alone"

or it was meant to have no effect on him so he would continue killing therefore not affecting the story at all.

I dunno, I think The writers are doing a much better job this time but that just might be me

Yeah, the ratings for this show just keep going down more and more. It's kinda sad. I read in an article somewhere, they're even telling the writers to prepare a series finale for the show. I really can't complain. It definitely isn't the train wreck season 2 was, and I don't think 3 was really all that bad. This season has been pretty good thus far, minus a couple of small inconsistencies.

But the show has good dvr numbers and NBC isn't fox, so let's not compare them to by saying lower ratings means a show is getting dumped.
Thought tonights episode was fantastic, and I am rly starting to wonder where this season is gonna go since so many options are open, each compelling. I was laughing when everyone was like " where is ur sword?" and hiro is like "forget the sword!". Seems like they fixing a lot of plot holes / inconsistencies w/ the show and getting it back on track. If this keeps up I'm sure it will have another season

Might not be Mohinder being killed off though, Since this is the first butterfly Samuel wants Hiro to crush for him.

The Surgeon Sylar moment was incredibly crap imo, and unless sylar has X-Ray vision of some sort how is it possible for him to see inside two people's skulls to identify two brain conditions they have? Hiro has never posed any threat to Sylar either, so i think the threat of Hiro killing him was sort of strange. Well atleast they covered the no sword plothole.

I originally thought Lauren was the artist woman from the carnival, but second glances i dont think it was, could be wrong on this one though.

Again we have a girl stuck in time, i think at this point the writers should just get Hiro to dump Samuel in time and see how he likes it.

Yeah I mean.. how many times are they gonna kill off his character to make it finally stick. Even if they used Claire's blood to bring him back to life, what more can they do with his character? He ran for mayor, senate and president (or something like that) His character is pretty worn out.

Wow, they killed off Nathan BEFORE a season finale? I know, they shot Nylar weeks ago, but I figured they would bring back the Nathan personality back somehow before killing it in the last episode. But, nope, seems like the big change this year was to kill Nathan in an early episode instead of the season finale.

Mohinder will be saved by Hiro and there is going to be a Hiro/Mohinder episode here soon. But basically, Butterfly Man (Carnie leader) wants to use Hiro to go back and time and fix some of the mistakes he made. The reason why he didn't use the other time travel carnival guy was because he doesn't want others to know about the bad things he has done.

That has somewhat been Sylar's original ability. He could understand how things work and fix them. This is why he was good with fixing watches/clocks. His original ability showed up when he was being interrogated by the police and he heard the clocks ticking and told the interrogator that the clock was running a few seconds fast. Also, his ability of understanding is the reason why he cuts peoples skulls open. He examines the brain and learns how their brain works to give that person an ability and he replicates it.

I'm glad the show is finally getting back on track; got a couple of gripes though. Why the fuck did they add that blonde bitch to Noah's story? She did NOTHING but make Noah look like a bastard for almost cheating on his wife.

I started cheering at my TV when Hiro said the Chrono Trigger line; if anyone was really hardcore into Heroes(like I was back in S1) and read Hiro's online blog he used the exact same line after the episode in S1 when Charlie died. I'm really glad they put it in the show even if only a small handful of people will ever get it. The meaning is incredibly poetic too, especially now that Charlie IS stuck in time. On that note, I'm going to rage if they don't end up together if/when they ever decide to end the show or kill off Hiro.

Why hasn't Hiro been suffering from his blood clot at all? Sure, he seemed exhausted after messing with Sylar for a bit but it sure seems like a bad case of deus ex machina since he was constantly having problems with it the first few episodes and we've hardly had a mention of it lately.

This this and this. I really like Noah as a character.. through his ups and his downs.. but bringing in the blonde chick made no sense and actually made me GLAD Sandra divorced him for a second. Like I stated earlier on this page, I have a feeling this was just a way to move her in as I'm sure we'll see her pop up in the next few episodes (maybe).
