I thought that was from the beginning of the last arc when they were running away from the plane crash. Most of it seemed like older season stuff.
That was a flashback from last season after the plane crash. All of it was from earlier seasons.
Kinda odd that Mohinder (forgot guys rl name) is in a new pilot, but yet has stated that if Heroes gets renewed that he won't leave the show... I already thought he was kinda written out lol, he has had less then an hr of screen time since the season began
When Mohinder first got his powers, were most of his scenes ripped off from/a tribute to The Fly? Especially the one where Maya comes into the loft and he's doing pull-ups or some shit in the rafters.
God I just remembered how much I hated him when he did that, that whole story arc was lame.
peter using his headaltho as powerful as the power is a surprise attack or a gun > that, still dont see how they will defeat sylar this season i mean yea peter has the upper hand but as soon as he leaves sylar regenerates... will be interesting wonder if what adam said a while back will come into this season "blow off the head, theres no coming back from that my friend" or so.
Sylar's "weak spot" isn't in his head like it should be, iirc. When he got the power to shapeshift I think he moved the sweet spot around so no one could find it.
Does that mean anything though? Not really since Heroes writers tend to forget things they wrote from seasons past.
Killing Sylar is easy. They just have to do it the same way they killed 'future' Peter in Volume 3. Have the Haitian stop his powers and shoot him. Once he bleeds out it's done.
Peter could've ended it all with that nail gun if it weren't for his feelings for Nathan. Strange btw that Sylar could still shift to Nathan despite his powers being blocked.
If I was peter, id full time Rene's powers.
Technically he shouldn't be able to steal his powers, since that power would be deactivated near the Haitian.
Not really since the Haitian can choose when or who to use his powers on.
While yeah it hasn't been straight out said it just seems like it has to be. While the flying scene of Nathan is the most talked about, I believe the Daphne scene is the best example. Plus him putting his 'focus' on Arthur while Sylar could just walk in and blast his powers.
The Haitian is one of the most glaring examples of the writing problems on the show. He's just used as a story device instead of a fleshed out character. Most of the characters are like that to a degree but he's the most blatant misuse of it.
I don't know, maybe I've just learned to accept the mediocre but I don't find anything too strange with The Haitain's ability. He can concentrate and block a specific person's ability. It doesn't need to be stated because that's how it has always worked.
I'm more interested to know if he's able to generate just a general "dampening field" around him to affect all those with abilities. Has he been able to do this in the show's history, and I've forgotten?
Peter's power, however, is another story. He shouldn't have "accidentally" taken Emma's power while bumping into her in the street.
I happened to walk by while my father was watching this last episode... and the scene between Peter and Nathan was touching all the way until the really terrible looking fall.
It was quite symbolic of the direction the show is heading.
Didn't they establish during the Pinehearst arc last year that Sylar is too powerful for the Hatian?
