Ignored this thread cause I watched House and didn't want spoilers from here. Looks like many others did the same.
Well, they won't. And SE is fucking retarded.
Quit FFXI.
Quit Heroes.
I've never looked back.![]()
you'll be back!
Nah, the gf and I are stuck on CSI: Miami and some other shows. Heroes had my interest until the beginning of Season 3... then got my hopes up with Brian Fuller... then dashed them in the season finale.
I have no loyalty for shows like that. Here's my list of things that would have to happen for me to like the show again:
1) Nathan would have to still be alive, Sylar would have to be dead, and Peter would still have to have his original powers. Anyone that died in Season 3 would have to be very much alive.
Did they specifically come out and say that? He had super strength to rip off the door to the prego but before that he was jumping around in the alley.
Edit: looking back He probably just had Mohinder power. Mohinder must have some Hulk like jumping abilities as well then.
Then being said the Producers didn't rule out the possibilty of Peter being able to mimic more then one power so we'll have to see.
Yes, he specifically said "Thank you, Dr. Suresh" when talking to Noah.
I was trying not to admit I'd watched the premiere. I couldn't help giving it one more shot, but I saw nothing to bring me back next week.
Edit: I replied before your second edit. They didn't rule it out so they can keep teasing that Sylar/Peter fight like they have from Season 1, but it's never. gonna. happen.
I am interested in the Carnival Folks and seeing where the show goes from here.
1 hour isn't much a week, already waste it watching so many other shows.
Episode was enjoyable. Then again, I didn't have a problem with anything they aired last year, minus the biggest cop out in a fight of all time when Sylar closes the door behind him and takes on Nathan.. and Peter? I think.
On a different note, Claire's "new" roommate at the end of the show was that little girl from "The Nanny" on CBS all those years ago. Gracie I think. She's not completely hot, but I was digging those suspenders and the tight top.
so did it suck or not? i want to make fun of you faggots
I agree. I thought the premiere was good, better then pretty much anything they aired in Villains, and on par with most of Fugitives (minus the shitty finale).
Spoiler: show
why guitar hero 3 if you're gonna name drop
I was in the bathroom at the time but why did Hiro break his time keeper morals and start fucking shit up?
The other dude who went back in time (I'll just call him Tattoo Guy) pretty much peer pressured him into it, then pushed Hiro into his sister and the Slushee hit old Hiro instead of his younger sister. She lost her balloon, but I guess that's alright.
Wow, episode sounds suckier than I thought it would.
And please, quit hoping for a Peter/Sylar showdown. It'll never happen.
Yeah, it wasn't very good. Let me rattle off a few things.
Peter told Noah he got his old job back as a paramedic - Peter wasn't a paramedic, he was a hospice nurse.
Noah enlists the Haitian to erase Denko's memory of Tracy (that's Ali Larter's name atm, right?) so the two of them will stop trying to kill each other for revenge, then later asks Peter to back him up, then tells Tracy that his new way of doing things(solo against supers) is too dangerous and he preferred the one-of-them-one-of-us strategy. - Why doesn't he just keep using the Hatian to back him up?
Still not really sure why the crap with Sylar/Nathan was necesarry last season, and no one seems to want to clear it up.
A fore-mentioned Hiro reversal BS.
Another worthless Claire storyline.
New villain said he needed to gather the 3 people, Sylar, Peter, and I think Claire. What purpose could Claire possibly in the company of the first two who have or can have her power?
There's other crap, and I'm sure I missed some stuff while I was making food. It's really too bad because Ray Park being on network TV should be awesome, but Heroes won't be able to deliver.
