S4's cliffhanger was horrible lol, what are you talking. There is so many ways in the Heroes universe for them to retcon what happened, that it's just not even interesting.
Would of been nice for them to get a closure 13 episodes, but meh... not sure i want to watch 10 episodes of them talking and 3 of plot twists

It'd be nice if they completely revamped it and DID pretty much undo the last couple seasons so we can have our awesome show back.

That aside, the show got really stupid but I'd love some closure. Also, it HAS to get better ratings then some of the garbage they put on TV (The Marriage Ref? The fuck is that shit?)

Dunno, they had S4 to do that. Everyone, aside Nathan, essentially started integrated into normal society w/nothing from previous seasons leaking over.. so this was there chance... and we got a bunch of carni's who have to preach about "home" for 35% of the season

I should have specified that, my bad, but yeah. Regardless of the quality of the cliffhanger, there really needs to be some closure. I can appreciate the idea of allowing the show to fade away and be left only to interpretations of fans as to what might have happened, but I'd prefer to just watch it and avoid looking up crazy theories for a sense of closure.

Heroes costs a lot more to make than that garbage though. That shit probably doesn't cost much at all to make, Heroes you have to pay all the actors, writers, special effects/CGI stuff, etc.

Yeah, cause those off-camera Sylar vs Peter fights take a LOT of CGI. Don't even get me started on zooming in while Parkman cocks his head to the side.

We got the worst season of the show ever produced. I'm legitimately hoping, if it does come back, the writers get decent and actually have hiro delete at least the last season.

Heroes cost a lot because they have like 30+ actors who they have to pay, when all but 7-10 of them make an appearance for more then 2 episodes. For ex: They had to pay Mohinder close to his regular salary for, what... 3 episodes? They had to keep him paid in order for him to stay on the show and not go to others. It's retarded

Season 2 is where it all went downhill 3 only sped things up and 4 well... yeah the show was doomed after the first season.

Yeah I have to agree with this, not all seasons were created equal, but shit really went downhill with the strike.

The commentary on the Season 2 DVDs pretty much confirm this. Watching it, I really got the impression that they'd planned way ahead in advance, but then bam! writer's strike and they had to re-write everything they had planned. They were left playing catch-up with themselves, and could never quite manage it. The show never recovered, and the results are evident. A sad end to what could have been a brilliant show, rather than a show that had one brilliant season.
