AH WILL READ WHEN I FINISH WATCHING!!
Just finished watching and I must say this episode was all i was expecting and more.
Spoiler: show
The rest of this season should be very very interesting..
Funny how Dr Fate mentioned something about Clark and the Silver Age in regards to his fate lol.
This episode was awesome though. It's very interesting because it seems they are introducing checkmate/suicide squad Now that we got that organization it seems they know about the Kandorians possibly and maybe thats the upcoming apocalypse she refers to.
Honestly.. it was the best episode/episodes of Smallville ever and this is why I watch. I can't stand the series as a whole (especially the last few seasons), but this is why I watch. It has so much damn potential. D:
The bit with Dr. Fate first appearing and then Hawkman saying 'It's been a while since I've made someone bleed' was just awesome. The actor the got for Hawkman did a great job.
I think this season has been one of the better ones though they have had some questionable episodes so far. The fact that Dr Fate mentioned Lex does mean he's alive somehow but I really hope that by the series finale they explain where he's been and deal with the issue of him knowing Clark's true identity. I have a feeling they will bring the character back at the end as a clone pre Lana's fake death.
Yeah. Lex's character was one of the better ones. It's a shame that he had to be 'killed off' for a while due to problems with the actor D:
Michael Rosembaum (sp? I think) wanted out. he wanted to move on to other stuff. as usual rumours are flying around about it. the current producers of the show have met with the actor in the past few months but of course won't go into details of how it went.
I thought it was because he hated shaving his head and they wouldn't give him a bald cap lol
When that agent talked about the coming apocalypse, I couldn't help but to think of Apocalypse himself. I'm not really a comics buff, but I guess that's Marvel and couldn't be in the Smallville universe? I don't really like the idea of bringing in another "bad guy" to complicate things, not including Lex, but meh, liked the whole thing still.
What would happen if Zod found out about Doomsday?
dun dun dunnnnnn
I cant help myself, but the actor that plays Zod is totally missplaced :/
And as others have mentioned, it looks like he's about to cry in every shot, Haha.
Everytime Zod talks it's like he's constipated. Also not sure if anyone mentioned this from the episode from last week, but it seems that the thing that Jor-El hid at the Kent Farm is the object that will help Zod complete the tower and turn the sun red, since they mentioned that Jor-El had the device.
