I don't like the Penny/Leonard relationship at all. No chemisty. It seems far too forced. I've tried and tried to like them together but they're just blah. Leonard was more interesting pining over her. Isn't Johnny Galecki gay in real life? Maybe my gaydar is going off, making me unable to compute them as a couple.

I'm liking Bernadette and Howard though. They have great chemistry. I used to not like Howard at all but they make a great couple. Bernadette's voice is great.

I'm pretty sure he's not...I watched quite a few interviews of him and Jim Parsons, and Jim has by far more homosexual tendencies than him...but I don't really care, they're funny. (Gosh, this sounds so much like what a chick would say: "Yeah, but he makes me laugh")
