That's not saying much because I did a lot more technical service than surveys and sales but still , it's always the same philosophy : It's always about how quickly you can end the call , how much money you make per call, how much services you offered them etc. Even when I was doing technical service the main goal of each call was to sell as much shit as possible. Solving the problem was a distant goal on the list. And also I've never worked at a call center where there was a way to input a complaint about something. There's always an e-mail to contact an executive comitee( which always got shit done but no one wanted to contact them ... "I WANNA TALK TO A REAL PERSON, NOT A STUPID COMPUTER" ) but that's pretty much all. If it can help you I also live in Quebec. Oh yeah , whoever you're talking you hates you to no end so there's no real need to try to find a way to piss him off he's already pissed.
