k I don't mind that quite as much then, gonna require some more serious stones though x.x lol
11-15 is "safe" if you fail. you go back to +10
@10 failing to +11 brings u back to +9
Does Zap spear say only gladiators can use it? Because, otherwise, unless the patch notes were improperly translated, it's not class-specific and thus can't be +15ed. I'm not exactly in a position on the PTS to find this out for sure, but the notes were pretty specific.
At the moment, no other classes can use polearms so it might be considered a bit of a redundancy to mark them as gladiator only.
Much as I'd like the thing for my glad, I'll be happy when the game moves past it either in 1.9 drop rates being good enough on alternatives or 2.0 gear and the cap increase simply outclassing it. Getting old hearing asmos cry about a weapon only one class can use and is in very limited circulation due to monopolization and RMT.
Meanwhile, the darkies basically get easy access to boiling blood with 1.9, which will have a far greater impact with every asmodian being able to complete Fenril's more cheaply and quickly.
From what I've been reading, the patch notes are wrong. Weapons that are blue or better quality can be enchanted to +15.

Fucking cannot believe my awesome luck. Dropped off of a coin quest mob in Brusthonin, it has a 5 second stun with a 2% chance. Having a hard time choosing to either A. sell it for 20m to fund my fenris chain set, B. Save it for a fenris/good weapon later.
If you're in a position where you see yourself changing your weapon sometime soonish, I'd say to sell it or perhaps just hold onto it until you get something you know you won't be replacing soon.
I wouldn't sell it because you're going to have to buy one anyways.
You can fund your Fenris just by doing the shoulder quest and random grinding.
And weapons are free, go pvp.

look at all that mostly wasted mboost though.
I have a decent +10 mace with the PVP stigmas (magic boost, divine justice) which do some very nice ranged damage/stun, this set all stacks very neatly for Templar. Sure it's a waste if I throw on my PVE stigs.
Meh i've never seen any templar's with fenrirs/miragent's Chain set, so wasn't sure if you could get it or had to get plate.
Any temp/glad with a clue and the plan of using the armor until AP armor goes chain nowadays.
It really doesn't matter as m resist is for pvp. You should sell the stigma, continue to grind shoulders, use the money to finish armor, weapon, and a 1880 dmg godstone.
I still regret getting the plate.
Also, other than for stun, the magic attack skills don't really do that much damage in PVP. They're better than nothing i suppose, but meh. Everyone's mostly in full abyss gear or mix of Fenris/Abyss anyways.
Called in today for the first time this year, and it wasn't wasted.

Got very lucky first try socketing the green stones. Doing that along with the new earring piece bumped me up to barely over 440.
Bought an assload of cheap stigmas off the auction house. Hopefully the new prices of the stigmas on the npc will force the prices up and ill make a tidy profit :D
they were cheap cause they're crappy stigmas that people dont use and theres too many of them already, most of them take weeks to sell to someone wanting to try the skill out <_<
doubt you'll make cash just cause "well the vendor sells it for x much"
