After waiting impatiently for the mats to appear on broker, I finally got my synth done and hit master Alchemy:

what'd you do to 500 for your craft?

Alchemy is fairly easy for the fact that you can completely avoid skilling on balaur mats (major/fine recovery potions then manastones get you to 499).

Tailoring I believe is stuck doing fine balaur parts from 470+

I'm alchemy on this character, running into the same problem on my tailor; there's literally nothing past 480 besides the lvl460 balaur mats.

Fine pots are a joke, they're all @ 405 skill...major record pots start at 440.

ok yeah, thats what i was seeing, so kinda bleh about it. got to 480 np, but if i have to spam that 460 balaur recipe....that'd be like 200mil to hit 499 <_<

Got very lucky and opened a frozen box with 300 platinum coins, sold them and bought the lv30 atk speed dagger/sword. I love how they added that to them, clearly they have finally learned a thing or two. Sucks because NTC's cd is so long and I just want to hit 30 already. Trying to do every damn quest, so much good money comes out of it.

BT Hard mode farm finally pays for my group , I decided to skip PVE for the night and go figure this shit drops. I didn't even know this could go past 4 sockets. BT such a tease instance

I've only used up 14 days of my free included sub. So far def a lot better than my Asmo experience but that's probably because of the update. I really don't want to give NCsoft any credit after all the months of disappoint.
