It does seem like something that would play perfectly to the limited controls of the PSP. It's a lot easier to keep 4 people alive when only one has to worry about the "driving" and others can shoot.

I'm looking forward to this even though playing Portable Ops made me want to kill myself. I'll never understand why they used the Metal Gear Online engine instead of making it have a fixed camera a la MGS1-3. :/

My knowledge of Miller is only of liquid acting as him but could that be the *real* miller back then? Or did the big boss clones happened after outer heaven was completed? Guess I'll mgs wikia it but still feels werid that miller is in it.

And I'm assuming Paz is the secret daughter of the boss or clone? . . .

Konami has made a date with Naked Snake for his next North American outing, penciling in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PlayStation Portable, expected to arrive on these shores May 25, 2010.

Snake's '70s era sneak attack will hit North American PSPs just a few days before Europe gets a crack at it, more than two months after the game launches in Japan. The follow-up to Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater features an original scenario from Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima and a "unique new game system designed specifically with the PSP in mind," according to Konami.

We've already checked in with Konami USA to see what the publisher's plans are for PSPgo owners who may want to download the game at launch.

No matter how often you play it, you won't be able to understand the Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker TGS demo unless you know Japanese. Thankfully, all that changes today with a brand new English language demo for your PSP. Based on our calculations, the English translation makes it about 15% more comprehensible than before. Excellent!

The demo will be available on the PlayStation Store and here on Joystiq (via BigDownload) later today. To ensure a problem-free experience, make sure you have the latest firmware update and have at least 103MB of free space on your PSP.

I smiled at that too. Can't wait for this to come out. Gonna be a blast crossing streams and blowing dudes up with cardboard tanks. Might be the first PSP game I actually buy if there's no new CFW by the time it's released.
