You only get one shot. Like a BCNM orb, it will remain in your inventory after you use it but you will never be able to use it again.

The fight is a 15 minute time limit, but we only needed 5 minutes and that was with standing around wasting a little time before we engaged. We didn't bring a zerg setup by any means, either. We were PLD BLU BLU THF WHM BRD

It started with Shantotto and Prishe. If you get Shantotto at the start you should definitely kill her first as fast as possible. As BRD, I used Soul Voice Marchx2 before we engaged. Shantotto went down really fast. The BLUs stunlocked her as much as possible.

Since we won in 5 minutes and the time limit is 15, you should be able to wipe and recover IF you fight at the top of the ramp and everyone brings reraise.

WHM mp disappears quickly with 60 cap fight and no subjobs on anybody (including the WHM, so no /sch). BLUs had to help heal.

If you have any specific questions let me know, but overall I considered this fight to be pretty easy. Having Shantotto pop on you as the 3rd mob and aga-3 while you are low HP would probably be the most understandable way to wipe.
