The best way to be sure is to go to work and sneeze all over your coworkers. If they catch cancer, it was cancer. If they catch aids, it was still cancer. If they catch the flu, it was most likely cancer. If they don't catch anything, you sneeze on their keyboards, food, and everything else until they catch something. Then you'll know that it was cancer.
