Col. Young is going through a divorce, TJ's baby "dies," Chloe and Scott are informally separated after she starts turning alien, Eli's unrequited love for Chloe is soothed with Gin, who is promptly killed at the same time as Amanda Perry, who might have had a relationship with Rush who was only just making peace with himself, and Lt. James bears an unrequited attraction to Scott and just can't seem to catch a break with anyone.

Relationships are apparently not allowed in this series. Anyone on Destiny is "destined" to remain miserable.

I must have misinterpreted a discussion between Simeon and the other LA guy. I thought they said the attack wasn't real, and they were just feeding Earth false information so Young would keep them around.

i think we are seeing the build up that will eventually be the last episode of the season (or last 2) which will obviously end in a cliffhanger in true stargate fashion. IMO young or whoever will end up getting the information about that attack just as its about to go down, will be able to warn earth and perhaps even help them by somehow getting the gate to work.

I dunno about the attack being a fake, but Sim definitely said something about giving false info, and the other guy kinda gave the impression that maybe he was actually giving *some* real info.

I don't guess you can apply the same idea to the ship and people, though it would seem to make sense. The ship was restored to initial condition, if the same happened to the people they'd have been embryos or something? I guess they just needed another shuttle for a future episode, but used them up on the planet and the crash.

Does it seem like they are trying to speed up the Chloe change? Maybe the second half of the season will have something about that.

I always feel like most of these SG:U episodes are filler. I was really amped about the show after the two episodes where the whole ship finally found the bridge and Rush told Young about Destiny's mission. Felt like the show plot was actually advancing, but then they go right back to episodes that don't advance the plot at all except maybe SOMEHOW in the future.

Pff, mysterious aliens can only reanimate a body temporarily, that living humans instinctually recognize as a walking corpse? Meh, the Goa'uld did it better.

Sarcophagus is pretty cool. Resurrects people completely and doesn't afraid of anything.

Totally was not thinking of Telford. That was quite a surprise, and it was nice to see the little guys dick em over like Rush wanted to do to them.

Whatever Chloe did is gonna save the ship. Wonder if she might have called the aliens to help? Rush is going to try swaying Eli to help him and delay dialing earth.

Damn mid-season breaks! 2 Finales per season is 2 too many...

the blueberry aliens are going to show up and destroy the drones, but they're going to take chloe and then they're going to spend the entire 2nd half of the season trying to get her whiny ass back.
