SGU was pretty much the only show besides Burn Notice that I bothered to torrent ~1 minute after it aired. Time to go back to re-watching the same anime I've seen 5,000 times. FML.

Yeah. Pretty much done with syfy they can take their fucking wwe and shove it.
Nothing on that channel is remotely entertaining any more. If I want to watch a C disaster movie about a giant man eating flea that spits asteroids and farts earth quakes Ill watch syfy. here's hoping we get an HBO science fiction series soon.

Absolutley furious about this bullshit, this is the only series I've been following outside of caprica and now we are following them both to their grave. Oisnt syfy supposed to support this kind of entertainment???? Not decimate it.
I was just in costco and read the post about cancelled, ruined my day going home to sulk my xmas is now over.

They wrote it, but haven't filmed it yet. They film in Canada, and the Canadian $ is worth more than the US $ now, so it's more expensive to do than it used to be. Originally Posted by Julian

I hated quite a bit 1st season minus the Rush flashback which was almosta a master piece imo, but I have to say that Season 2 was really improving so its kind of sad, being a scifi fan one less scifi serie its allways a bad thing. No Star Trek, no FarScape, no Galactica and now no Stargate, sucks big time...

SGU did itself a disservice having over half it's first season painfully slow, poorly written, melodrama that Stargate fans attacked in droves at the Sy Fy forums. It was a blood bath in there. The second season has been much better, really a shame the producers/creators/writers where such shit-heads about the 1st half of season 1.
