    The questions are kind of bad. Example: "You are more interested in a general idea than in the details of its realization." Depends, if it's something I'm interested in, I'd love to hear about it. If it's something I'm not interested in, then I don't care. What do I answer? The questions are very situational, and it's hard (at least for me) to give an honest answer when they are so vague.
