correct, racc/ratk is calculated manually.

for racc, machine bow and comparison between base racc+racc gear and base racc+food.

for ratk high dmg weapons and writing down the highest dmg.

Nope it doesn't. That is what is THE problem for claiming racc for foods.

Actually, people assume it works the same for ranged accuracy as melee accuracy (regarding the evasion.), although I recall someone asking once if people actually know if these two are the same.

I don't think I've seen anyone test this theory (regarding evasion working the same for ranged versus melee.) It suffers from the same issue.

If you want to think someone tested these racc with real mobs even using a machine bow, then enjoy.

Reality is that to say that one food gives you 14% racc and another gives 15% racc requires EITHER assuming it works exactly like melee acc or testing it.

Testing takes several thousand ranged shots at exactly the same mob level (and since 2005) exactly the same distance. I am just saying no one is doing that and we just assume it. The racc % you see for foods are in most if not every case, assumed.

can't post you links since the threads are all flooded out but most data was posted by several different people who have conducted tests by themselves. the numbers that the testers provide are then used by people who are into parsing, which becomes further proof for accuracy.

try looking up some JP food crafter threads when the new version update is out in november,,, granted we get new recipe ></

His sentences were poorly worded, i would have understood either reaction.

regardless, had my friend test it, you can infact still use steal while under the effects of a Lizard egg.
