    I'm hoping to get to the state fair this year, or at least very soon. Lived in Houston 7 years, and still haven't gone. Hell, I missed Astro World before they tore that bitch down

    The best is stretching it, but we aren't in danger of being in deep shit like several others. Someone posted a picture of it in one of the healthcare threads I think...there were like, 6 or states not in immediate danger of bankruptcy and Texas was one of them. I'll see if I can dig it up.

    That much I know, but he said "best". I saw the Rick Perry interview this morning as well from a luncheon he did here in S. Texas YESTERDAY. I found it ironic that he basically copy/pasta from his mouth verbatim.

    He sounds like one of those guys that have never left Texas so to him this is Valhalla. I have 27 states under my belt and have lived in 7. My opinion is not biased, this kid should stop believing everything he hears on TV
