I dunno, but you know SE is watching what everyone in here says and does so they can track down other bots and on top of other stuff too, they pay people to see what people are saying about their product/company. It helps them get an idea of what is going on...Anyway, If you really need a bot to help you play a game, i feel sorry for you, because this is a game...thats all this is...I can think of better things to spend $20-$3000+ on. I hope the Ban hammer comes down on the botters and I will continue doing my own thing, staying broke but getting all my stuff legitly. Anyway, I think this is hillarious still and alot of HNMLSs that dont use bots are having a good laugh at the expense of the ones that were using them, shoot even the nonHNM scene is having a good laugh at the botters expense now.

No changes on my server. Either they're all legit (lol) or they realize paying anything for a fish bot is retarded, there are quite a few free ones out there. Yesterday, one dude releasing all his fish for a solid 10 minutes was proof enough for me that fish bots are still wide spread.

It's also possible they just never shut down their ffxi-app. If it was authorized before it went down, they can run it until their computer has to reboot (I think).

but yeah the free ones are out there, I guess most Unicorn fishermanbots just haven't found them yet :/

Midgard has never really been a "Dominated server", sure. (Not that you would know anything about that before you got banned for duping, though.) A lot of the "competition" on Midgard so to speak Disappeared when PO did. While they were a shell that "got things done" (Although, they broke in what, august 06? So back then the only things to really 'get done' were Kings and Sea/sky and the ocassional cop wyrm, I suppose.) they had their 15 minutes of fame. It was either them or r0 really, back then. Also, Ambition was basically your shell before you came over. The hated server transfer shell that went out of their way to make sure everyone thought they were complete faggots.

The point is.. Most of the shells whether it be Zeus, Valor, HB, or r0 back then or now aren't embarrassing themselves in the way you and your members are. Also, you can kill/claim kings, do you want a fucking cookie? We're coming up on 2010 for FFXI, wake the fuck up. Kings were cool in 2005 bro, but if you have to sleep TP for Odin while "dominating kings" then you should probably just call it quits. That or kill yourself, they both work. Also, what the fuck kind of linkshell recruits trash like Ansem? That in itself speaks VOLUMES.

"Quality" linkshell era of midgard has passed long long ago. Competition has died 2~3 years ago and somewhat took down the quality and drama with it.

Ambition? Haha, no. They are server bouncers that nobody cares about. Above average English-speaking linkshells on the server were Valor, Rzeero(still around, just don't do hnms I believe), PO, PV at its peak...and so on..may be missing a couple of them here, sorry! That should be the era Uryuu was talking about.

Yes, it is. Even though the shells all had a sense of competition none of them were out right as terrible as Pers. Mediocrity through packet bots, I suppose. I have no problem with botting, but when that is your saving grace...

They're pretty dopey, Toyo. For example, last month a BRD acquaintance of mine got an invite to a meripo that had 3 Persistence members in it. They're not too popular on the server, so he and his LS decide to MPK them for fun.

They were so clueless that they didn't even realize they'd been deliberately killed, lol.

Considering they had people like Ansems and Majriti in their shell I think that speaks pretty loudly for the overall intelligence of their linkshell as a whole.

Not completely disagreeing with you. But all the people i know that raged at FF11 being an online game, raged that FF12 played like a mmo, are raging once more... because FFXIV will be online. :/

He had mandau, not apoc, and yes he did ask about joining. I even told him I was not a quality shell, at the very least for a mandau thf, and he said he didn't care he just wanted to get w.legs. We wiped to Omega, yes, our first time as a shell and all the stunners were dual boxed..which sucked..and some members are new to limbus. We farm sky because the shell literally just started doing sky..of course we farm..o.O. And I've never been in nor will I ever join an HNM shell. So..not sure where you got that from.
