Finally, Kujata drama.
So that leaves what for HNM's, Mewmew and lolSP? Dude. I'm PRETTY sure AstralFlow is getting closer to their goal of server domination.
Thank you Seedz for this delicious drama

The mechanics are the same for any mob, only thing that changes is finding when the helix will actually tic on said mob (which is done in what... 2 minutes?) and then proceed to get the timing right (props to Cair/Waffles who spent countless hours figuring out until we had a 100% success on random mobs)
Fact is that we were gathering enough JoL pop items before actually trying (and that's pretty damn hard on basically the most useless server ever created) and members disappeared during that time but I'm pretty sure (read 95%, 5% being the odd of initial helix landing for less than 129~, which tests realized on AV itself proved it could land for that or more) it could have been done, had they not disappeared.
inb4 grammar mistakes but I'm far too tired to care.
DRK zergs dropped like 500 of them... My old LS got 1(2?) of them and I think they ended up sold for 12M~
Chicken soup in here.
I've heard Cox on Alexander managed to find several scholars for an AV attempt earlier today. Not sure what became of that.
Well - latency is always similar for same player (until he has some troubles with connection) so...
Differences in let's say 10 tries of using skills will be very small if onEvent. With natural clicking - differences will be huge. This is easiest way to detect any kind of bots (including fishbots, farmbots etc.) used by GMs in other games.
And i'm pretty sure SE started testing new log system - as many other things they want to use in FF14. Well - that log system is related to autoban for speedhack/poshack. There were some glitches because of network latency when they introduced it - and they solved it in like 2 weeks.
So... looking forward for bans for onEvent. Oh wait... FFXIApp is dead :D
Interesting that no one notes that this is possibly already patched. Everyone who has tried this on AV finds that when they all land it some how never ticks...
ivve is so hawt
ok honest question.
suppose SE did mean for helix to act like that under those circumstances, im willing to bet they wouldnt mind normal mobs being killed that way, but AV is a big no-no. how would they go about fixing it for that particular mob in your opinion? doing it like they did with Souleater and just make AV resist it more even if the dmg is simultaneous?
testing it on a UFO you can sleep/gravity/hold never ending for lulz and tests is one thing.
fighting a mob that rapes you, your mom, your dad, and your dog(or cat) is not the same thing. The fight is not that easy. Also on something stronger people are more prone to just screw up.
something else when you fail on AV dont he keep whatever -dmg down he gets even if he gains his hit points back? so you cant try this more then once if that is indeed true.
And asking a supermodels out is the same as asking the girl next door.
people can do the same thing over and over their hole life, yet mess up when then are stressed out. In high stress situations people tended to mess up more.
edit: also its 10sec as you have to time the helx do land at the 10sec mark right?
