NcSoft 2 Me 0 :( <Eu/Na Servers Related>

So.. i just created an account at ncsoft website put in details as Uk for membership and stuff , created the account from the uk.ncsoft website thinking that if i did that i would be able to access the European servers with a new acc , different from my other N.A account ... so i was WRONG , i still can't connect to euro servers when i change the region to European it gives me the error of id/password does not match i am currently dl aion again from the link i got in my new acc's email and the installer says this --------------------------------> C:\Program Files\NCsoft\AionEU instead of the Na;sC:\Program Files\NCsoft\Aion , think that will make any difference at all , maybe the .exe launcher being different or some other files ? or Am i still screwed out another $60 since this is collectors edition number #2 i buy , first one i didnt know that the servers were different and my friends are from U.K and second one .. well i tried to see if that helped me out and if i was able to get on E.U servers but so far no luck got 2 accouts just sitting there both CE's that i dont even play, geez that just sucks for me i guess , unless there is some sord of trick when it comes to playin on E.U servers or cd keys has to be physically purchased from uk or shipped from there or what?

I think you do need european cd keys.
